A technician was unable to complete the agreed service due to company-related issues
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Services that have already been completed
Labor costs once work has begun
Diagnostic or inspection fees
Emergency service calls
Services declined or canceled after the technician has arrived
If you experience an issue related to a repair performed by Bison Plumbing Solutions:
Please notify us within a reasonable timeframe
We will inspect the issue and attempt to correct it
If the problem is related to our workmanship, we will address it at no additional labor cost
Refunds are not guaranteed if the issue is caused by pre-existing conditions, aging plumbing systems, or factors beyond our control.
Installed parts are subject to manufacturer warranties, not cash refunds
Special-order or custom parts are non-refundable
Removed or used parts cannot be refunded
Appointments canceled before service begins may be eligible for a refund
Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a trip or service fee
